Student Affairs Student of the Month Nomination Form
A student who is currently enrolled and has maintained a cumulative grade point average of 2.0 (C) is selected as student of the month. Selection of students is based on exceptional performance, active participation in co-curricular and extra-curricular activities, positive attitude, and outstanding representation of West Kentucky Community and Technical College. Complete the form online or submit a written nomination letter.  The student selected will be considered for the Student Development Student of the Year Award , be honored at the annual Student Development Leadership Recognition Luncheon, and recognized in the college's newsletter and new releases will be submitted to the local newspapers.

Nomination Deadline

January 24th – February Student of the Month

February 15th – March Student of the Month

March 15th – April Student of the Month

May 24th – June Student of the Month

June 15th – July Student of the Month

August 24th – September Student of the Month

September 15th – October Student of the Month

October 15th – November Student of the Month

 

Note:  There are no Student of the Month selections for August, December, January, and May.

Each nomination submitted will also require two (2) letters of support from a current WKCTC faculty, staff or
administrator.  Letters of support should be submitted to:
